1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on the product category).

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Certain items (like personalized or perishable products) may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective item was delivered.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support to confirm availability and process the exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
