At Bizobd, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on the product category).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
Certain items (like personalized or perishable products) may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective item was delivered.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support to confirm availability and process the exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
